RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Dr Kalfouni Aesthetics, we are committed to providing high-quality treatments and products. This policy outlines our approach to returns and refunds.

1.Treatments
All aesthetic treatments are non-refundable. Once a treatment has been carried out, no refunds will be issued.
Consultation fees are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice) or missed appointments.

2.Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment where a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is provided.

3.Products
We accept returns of eligible products within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer regulations.
To qualify for a return, products must be:
• Unopened
• Unused
• In original packaging
• In a resaleable condition
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

4.Faulty or Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

5.Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow several working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
