1. Booking & Consultation Fee
All appointments are arranged via WhatsApp.
A consultation fee of €50 is required to secure your booking.
This fee is redeemable against treatment if you proceed.

2. Mobile Service
Treatments are provided at the client’s chosen location.
Clients must ensure a clean, safe, and suitable environment for treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if the environment is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the loss of the consultation fee.

4. Treatment Suitability
All treatments are subject to consultation and medical assessment.
We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not clinically appropriate or in the client’s best interest.

5. Results Disclaimer
Individual results may vary.
No specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed.

6. Medical Disclosure
Clients must provide complete and accurate medical history.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment safety and outcomes.

7. Professional Status
All treatments are performed by a qualified, insured medical doctor and carried out in accordance with strict medical and ethical standards.

8. Liability
We are not liable for complications arising from:
• Undisclosed medical conditions
• Failure to follow aftercare instructions

9. Product Sales
All products are subject to availability.
Products are non-refundable once opened or used.
We are not responsible for misuse or incorrect application of products.
Clients are responsible for ensuring suitability prior to purchase.
